I had a very good experience staying at the best western. The staff was extremely nice and there were no issues. It was a pretty central location to where I was traveling and there were many options for dinner around the area.

Room was clean, but a little warm. Lady at desk was preoccupied on phone. Once off the phone, she took her time with taking care of off.

Clean, affordable, front office staff was extremely helpful and super nice. Only an Eight dollar uber ride to the Big E. Overall experience we would definitely go back next year.

The rooms were very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The chair in the room was very small and not comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator worked fine. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast had a lot of choices except all hot items were cold.

Friendly staff in the hotel, less friendly over the phone when we inquired about early check in a week in advanced. Room wound up being ready early (had a 3 pm wedding and was from out of town) so it all worked out in the end. Location is only accessible via southbound lane of the road. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, lots of bright LEDs in the room that we had to cover up when sleeping.
