Friendly staff, Ideal location (downtown, attached to a small mall. The furniture was a bit dated. The bed was fine. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfy. The hotel is adjacent to a highway. Rooms on the highway side can get loud. Otherwise, room was fine.

Nice staff but the rooms are showing some age. Restaurant staff was quick and attentive. If you a concierge level guest. Do not expect much for dessert basic cookies. Greenville Marriott has set the bar for me with pie and cake

Very nice property in downtown Springfield. Tons of places to walk and eat nearby. Parking is a bit hard to navigate but you will figure it out after the first time. There was a lot of construction going on in the area when I was there.

Hotel was nice but weird at the same time. The decor tried to be vintage and modern at the same time which didn't work all that well. sink is located outside the bathroom with I'm used to. But there was very limited room in the bathroom with the toliet and shower.

The hotels location was great (except the road work that was going on during our stay).. Paying $17 a day for parking seemed lil crazy after paying more for a room then hotels very close. We waited a little over 15 min for elevator from parking garage to our room in a cold hallway. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great city view. We requested 2 beds but got one king bed and a roll away bed (very uncomfortable). The tv is small and was blurt when looking to order a movie. The pool area was very dated and seemed more of a YMCA pool then an upscale hotel pool. The Jacuzzi was big but packed to the gills with rude children. The hotel never notified us of a few youth sporting competitions going on so we found out the hard way. Front desk was polite during check in. Room service was an he wait but food was good. I found it odd they tac on a 19% gratuity automatically but still wanted ppl to tip? We did because it felt rude not to. Over all the hotel is decent but we expected more from Marriott. Update: after giving feedback about hotel I got an email (that didn't give me an option to respond ) saying they are happy I got a roll away bed free of charge??? Then put holds on my card for our room service and parking after already charging me for everything in full. They said this is how they typically do billing. So they charge your card in full.. Then 4 days later put holds on money for things you already paid for??? This place is a joke.. I highly recommend not staying at the Tower Square Hotel.
