The beds were hard as rocks, the hide away bed was like sleeping on a bed of needles. Every spring was sticking up. You would be lucky if it even had a sheet of batting in it. And the heater sounded like a jet plane taking off all night. We were lucky if we got 3 hours of sleep and even the 3 hours where not a good sleep. Breakfast was horrible. The bacon was hard as a rock and cold tasted like it came out of a microwave. The eggs were cold and rubbery. The hot tub jets were broke. For the price you pay you think they could atleast make the beds somewhat soft. Breakfast at least warm and the hot tub jets at some working. The only good thing about this place was leaving it.

Awesome hotel stay. Room service is excellent and small details for guest convenience were kept in mind while providing room service. Highly recommended!!

I've stayed here probably 50 nights in the last couple of years and generally it's pretty good but any time there is a hockey tournament in town (think early April) it is a preferred hotel for teams. And why wouldn't it be? Free breakfast, a pool, good location, modern rooms, not too expensive. But they let these kids (and parents are not to be free of blame either) run up and down the hallways and slam doors and talk and yell all hours of the night which is not acceptable in an industrial town like Hinton. Other than the staff's inability to control their guests it's a decent hotel.

weight room,great warmish pool and hot tub with a huge water slide for the kids. this is a newer hotel so the rooms are clean. rooms on the back side don't really have a view, and the front of the hotel face the highway. good breakfastand opens at 630 but they seem to open earlier- 530 when we were there

I was here for 3 days for work and it was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was that of a typical chain restaurant nothing fancy just the basics. The downside was that the WIFI was spotty and lagged quite often making it difficult to use my devices in the evening. Where this place really shines is the pool, it is so nice to be able to relax in a hot tub after a long day of work. If sent out here to work again, I will ask if I can stay here again.
