One of the best hotels in Hinton. Hot breakfast, swiming pool, hot tub, very clean rooms. Amazing!

So we booked 2 doubles and a pull out couch for the kid's, get into the room it's one double bed and a chair they charged us extra for a cot. Next issue we just got back to the hotel room from the pool and had a knock at the door while we were just walking in got a noise complaint (while no one was in the room) it was just before 10pm could be seen on camera we were in the pool. Right from check in the staff were very unfriendly. The room was clean is the only reason this hotel got a star. These people clearly don't care about customer service we will not go back.

Great stay at the Quality in Hinton AB. They have a hot tub and a pool which we loved, not to mention the included continental breakfast. Great rates.

Spend one night with my family at Jasper in this hotel. The room is clean and price is reasonable. What surprise me most is the breakfast, it’s really good.

I think it may have changed ownership, the rooms were a little worn down and it was nearly impossible to get any service whether it was towels for the pool or breakfast being even slightly warm. Would not recommend for anything other than sleep.
