My partner and I ate at the restaurant in this hotel the green acre. If you're ok with eating your typical greasy spoon joint for meals then this is up your alley. My breakfast was cold and greasy and had no flavor. I left it and the waitress who was amazing, refunded me my money for the meal and was very sorry. I added the refunded money to her top as this quality of food is not her fault. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all, however the staff in this hotel and restaurant are super human beings. Very courteous, professional helpful and friendly. That is a huge bonus in my books.

Location is right by the highway, easy access to the services in Hinton. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice. A bit dated compared to other holiday inns but still okay.

I always make a point to stay here when traveling from or to BC. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are so clean and smell fresh and the prices are amazing!! I love everything about this hotel

One of the worst places I've stayed. The bed was so soft and lumpy I couldn't sleep a wink woke up with a sore back that lasting 2 weeks. The room was drab noisy and mismatched. I had to leave a day early I couldn't stand to sleep in that bed one more night. Needless to say I will never stay in this hotel again. The one star is for the girls in the restaurant that brightened my morning with their humor and Goodwill.

This building is dated. No elevator to the second floor so make sure you book in the first floor if you have any accessibility issues... The pool area didn’t seem particularly clean... There was an issue with our room but the staff worked extra hard to correct it. Staff get 5 stars!!
