Tara Vista Inn

For a 2-star hotel, I will give it 5 stars for exceeding expectations. It's no three star hotel, but for what it is, it is a nice place. Showers we nice and strong and beds were clean and more comfortable then I expected for a 2-star hotel. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay for the night, then this place will be good enough.

Older motel, staff was very nice. The motel is needing several more renovations, some of the wall outlets in room 210 were not working. Non smoking room smelled like old cigarettes. Beds were old and uncomfortable. The room air conditioner was very old and noisy. Price is reasonable for being close to Jasper, but too high relatively speaking considering the overall quality of the accommodations.

Not bad for one of the cheapest hotels in town. Friendly service clean rooms.

Reasonable accommodation for the price. Friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure everything was satisfactory. Room was a good size. The fridge even had a freezer section large enough to hold and re-freeze our cooler icepacks. Good value for the money.
