From the moment we checked in, they showed genuine care—offering local advice, helping us arrange transportation, and making sure we were comfortable while we sorted things out.nnThe rooms were clean and comfortable. We left feeling truly cared for, not just as guests, but as people.nnHighly recommend this hotel!

I had a good experience... the staff at the counter was very friendly and polite.. my stay there for a night was comfortable.. I agree the entrance of the hotel was a little smelly but the rooms were clean.. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends as its budget friendly...

The staff was wonderful and very friendly, but the room was so unclean and smelt like stale cigarettes. I booked for myself and my two children, and there must’ve been a bar around because there was loud drunk people yelling outside, but the grocery store next door opens super early which was great for us. I didn’t mention the condition of the room to staff as I had checked in very late and was leaving early in the morning, but between the stains in the bedding and the black feet my kids had from the carpet I was not very comfortable.

This modest hotel in the little Albertan town of Hinton served us well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced. There is a comfortable lounge in the hotel or for music, food and a lively crowd there is a bar on site.The rooms and bathroom were clean and warm considering it was minus 25 degrees Celsius in the evenings! The beds had good linen, and the mattress was comfy. The small kitchenette and fridge were helpful. Steps away from the hotel, you can pick up some tasty beef jerky and candied salmon at the Yukon Sausage butcher shop. It's well worth it.

We just stopped for a cup of tea and coffee. The waitress was very nice even though it was almost closing time
