Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Hyannis

The rooms were clean, Chick and awesome. Beds were comfortable. Staff were soooo nice. The pool even had a wheel chair/handicap assist pool chair. Very clean place with friendly staff. Restaurant food was superb. .

Rooms are very nice, though have double beds as standard, so maybe not the easiest to share. Great location, beds are super comfy. Lobby is nicely appointed and breakfast offerings are fairly priced.

Conference rooms were in the basement. They were clean but water was never replaced and a strong smell of chlorine through out the entire day. Restrooms were clean and the size of the conference room was appropriate.

The hotel is after renovation. They have an outdoor pool this year , pool towels. The breakfast was Ok but it's for extra charge. The staff is great and the breakfast girl is awesome. The rooms on the second floor which are loft suites -very very nice. If you are traveling with your family that will be the best option. You can find an extra bathroom on the top floor of the room. And a nice balcony which has a decent size. With a table and chairs. You can have snacks and enjoy the sunset there. The only thing that the hotel is far from the beach but close to Cape Cod Mall.

Checked in and checked out within 10 minutes.. INFESTED with bed bugs. Did a 3 minute bed bug check as soon as we walked into our room, which I think was 326? And found one as soon as we lifted up the mattress cover. Put it in a cup and brought it to the front desk. They offered to switch rooms but we decided to just go back home, they did give a full refund but you can't get back all the time wasted on the trip.
