Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cape Cod Hyannis

This is a newer hotel right in the middle of everything in hyannis. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. Anything else you may need is only steps away. You can walk to the Cape Cop mall, Christmas tree shop, and many restaurants.

Fantastic place to stay. We brought a couple of soccer teams from our club there for the night and the entire staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. It’s very difficult to find a hotel that truly caters to teams nevermind children. The staff decided to put us in one of the function rooms for a pizza party, then they brought in a projector in order for the kids to watch a movie. As a parent I think we can all appreciate anyone that assists in the entertaining of our kids, if even only for a short while. It allowed the parents to relax for a few and grab something to eat themselves. We tend to be a rowdy bunch at times and the staff allowed controlled chaos for the entire evening. Asking that we put our beverages in plastic cups. We hung out in the lobby until 11pm and went to bed. The breakfast is complimentary and is delicious. Overall this hotel is a home run in general but a grand slam for large groups and teams.

The management and staff were wonderful... The view is nothing like on the site, guests have a choice of facing Kmart or the Cape Cod Mall, and there was an incredibly noisy large group of teenage girls that ran up and down the halls late into the evening. Given those conditions, the manager was VERY generous and very eager to accommodate. I would come back just because of the staff.

Recently remodeled so rooms are updated and clean, comfortable matresses and very friendly staff. Could use a few more selections for breakfast.

Only issue I have is the pool. I'm a single individual. Wanted to go swimming after I got out of work to relax. First I call the front desk. Get a girl who flat out says, "yea the pools open bye." Get to the pool. Find out they need a lifeguard.... So the pool wasn't open. Minor gripe but ruined my last night in the hotel.
