Knights Inn Centerville Cape Cod Area

During my 4 night stay I found the Knights Inn to be clean and quite. The beds and pillows were very comfy, obviously they were nearly new. Mr. Patel the owner/operator lives on the premises and always cheerfully available 24/7 if needed. One minor distraction was the vintage 1990s TV sets. But, on the other hand the room had a new microwave and a new under the counter sized fridge. You really get a lot of bang for your buck here.

Just stayed here for the weekend, you honestly get what you pay for. It was cheap enough we knew it wasn't going to be the absolute nicest place, but it was good though, bathroom and room were clean. Air conditioning was nice. The owners were very kind to us (especially the woman) and willing to help with anything we asked. Overall I have no complaints about staying here and would definitely book again. :)

The first 2 nights were great despite the “breakfast” being something I could buy at a gas station...the 3rd night we had left and come back and they wanted a security deposit because we didn’t do our own housekeeping...gave me a hard time at 930 at night in a tropical storm with my 2 year old in the car. They actually made a comment about the trash being full? I don’t understand was I supposed to walk my own trash out to a dumpster myself? In my whole life I have never been asked to clean my own hotel room. That’s included in the price I’m paying...the internet did not reach our room either. I would not recommend this hotel.

I give 5 Stars not because it is new and has all the amenities, but coz it's like home. Owner is really cool guy (the nice variety of cool) who comes in from supermarket in AM with fresh fruit, dozens of dunkin' donuts, and uses drip coffee maker like your at home. He makes sure we are all well fed and gives us the leftovers to take back to room. You can open the windows on back and front in cottage-style rooms for a breeze, eliminating need for stuffy AC cooling on days (most) that are not humid. There is no pool which helps keep price down, but who needs a pool with lakes and ocean down the street. We Love this Place

Best motel around at a cheap price. Clean. Large room. Perfect fo a stop over on your way in or out Cape Cod. Includes a microwave oven and a fridge. Close to the highway but the noise did not bother us. Breakfast includes coffee, a fresh fruit, donut or sweet cereals for kids...
