Wonderful front desk service!!! Tommy was so friendly and recommended delicious restaurants and cute shops. I have never had such wonderful customer service at a hotel before. Nice clean rooms and close to the beach!

Close to town center and the harbor. There are no fancy amenities but it is clean and staff is friendly. The location makes this a perfect spot to stay and explore Hyannis.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Check in crept a little past 3pm but otherwise great stay!

A decent overnight experience. Staff was friendly and plenty of room. Stove fridge and microwave were a nice touch. Room did have an odd smell, and pots/plates provided looked dirty. Breakfast in am was very meh, never had frozen pancakes in a fridge to be microwaved before. Location is good though, so if you're looking just for a place close to the harbor this might be the place for you. Paid about $110 off season which seems a bit expensive but if prices dont change much over summer it might be worth it.
