International Inn & Suites Hyannis

TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE experience!!! My husband and I were looking for a romantic get away for valentines and were so excited to have the decorated themed room with the rose pedals(like the photos showed) and to enjoy the hot tub. When we entered the room it was dirty of mold in the windows, and on the walls. There were no rose pedals ,the water didn't work , the hot tub was filthy and there was a dirty sock hanging from the ceiling. Once the water finally worked and we filled the hot tub, the tub was full of brown water. We asked the office to send someone to fix and clean the tub since it left dirt all inside and they sent someone who wipped it down with just an old rag and nothing else. We had moments when the key wouldn't even work to our room. The building needs some serious TLC and they DO NOT care about their guests. This place is a joke and I will NEVER, EVER come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone!!!! It's a shame

I honestly couldn’t believe how much money I paid for such a mess of a room. First off I had to pay $100 that they didn’t mention until I checked in for a damages deposit fee which was ironic because everything in the room was falling apart so how would they know anything was broken, I feel bad for the next person that goes there. The tiles are all cracked, hard wood floors are all scraped up and I mean like big chunks missing and mirrors are all chipped/ broken and stained with god knows what. You couldn’t turn the ceiling fan on because it was just hanging there. If you ask me people shouldn’t be able to rent a room in that condition. They wouldn’t give me my money back so I spend the rest of the time outside in the cold because I did not want to go in the room. They had two cot in the hallway that you would use for clothes but they were filled with rotten wood with long rusty nails just sticking out. I can’t believe I spend over $200 for a night like this Plus a charge for the damage deposit.

The hotel was ok, not sure I would stay there again, a little expensive and they said free breakfast which used to include meats, (bacon, sausage, ), but now they charge for that and no variety.

Went in off season and rooms and facility very clean. Love the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Have stayed there three years in a row because their off season price is the best. Right the middle of Main Street, so very close to restaurants and attractions. Free breakfast every day including eggs and real breakfast foods, not just cereal and muffins.

Room was ok, breakfast was pretty much nothing. Staff was pleasant.
