Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre

Stayed here for the night. Lots of parking, so need to worry where your going to park your sweet ride. The hotel looks newish, and clean. Staff was pleasant. Opted for the breakfast at booking. It was actually good. Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage... and the other usual healthy options. The room was clean, and cold. We stayed during a hot spell, so the a/c was a must. The bed was a bit soft for me and the wife. Others happy with the stay.

I stayed here, unplanned, in January. I thought I was going to another Holiday Inn, but picked the wrong one on the map. When I arrived the workers were pleasant and extremely helpful so I decided to stay here instead. The rooms were clean, basic but had what was needed. The location was easy to find and close to highway. To my surprise, I realized I was at this hotel over 30years ago as a child when I was in town for a sports tournament. It still holds some of my greatest memories. For a sports team this is one of the most amazing hotels. I would highly recommend it. The large shared space works great for teams to play and spend time together. This could be bad for other visitors as you read in other comments. However, as someone who experienced a hotel like this many years ago, I hope it continues and sports teams continue to get to make amazing memories in a place like this.

The room was not ready at 4 pm while check-in starts at 3 pm. The excuse was they had to check before they could let me in. The rooms are clean and ok with Holiday Inn standards. Though the airco is incredibly noisy. However breakfast is close to non existing. Scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with jam. No cheese, bagel or anything else. When asked, no not possible. A Holiday Inn express serves better breakfast and that is included in the price.

Came for a dance competition, and had to wait an extra hour and 45 minutes for our room. When we got our room, it faced the courtyard no windows to the outdoors and was extremely noisy, as this courtyard is where they were holding the dance competition.nnThe room was very, very small, and not very clean.nnThe staff was apologetic, and we were offered breakfast vouchers, but it's hard to say the service was good when it was so disorganized.nnWe won't be staying here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites Burlington for nearly three months, and I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I’ve had. She consistently followed up to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable throughout the entire stay. Her dedication and kindness truly stood out.nnI also extend my heartfelt thanks to Jennifer Gendron, Director of Sales and Marketing, for her warm professionalism and continued support during my visit. Both Margaret and Jennifer made me feel completely at home and added a personal touch that made a lasting impression.nnThe suite was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The staff were always responsive and courteous. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites Burlington to anyone seeking a reliable, comfortable, and guest-focused experience.
