I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the entrance, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The cleanliness of the elevators and the pristine condition of the entrance set a positive tone for the entire stay.nnUpon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the tasteful furnishings and modern decor. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The well-lit space, plush carpeting, and comfortable bedding created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.nnThe bathroom was another highlight, boasting cleanliness and ample supplies. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining their facilities to the highest standards.nnOverall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of welcoming staff, cleanliness, and well-appointed accommodations made for a truly memorable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning in the future.
Give your cleaning crew a raise. I clean every hotel I visit with cleaning wipes, and I am always impressed when I don't see dirt on the wipes. I wipe everything from the headboards to all surfaces we might touch. A+ to housekeeping. My main issue was our tub would fill with water when showering because the flap needed to be replaced. They offered to move u, but I had just finished cleaning. The location downtown can be a little sketchy but having to use your keycard to get upstairs and the underground parking lot helped.
Beware of all the homelessness around the entry to the hotel and parking garage. Great views of people doing drugs from hotel rooms! Leaky pipes in bathrooms and broken showers! Awesome place to stay if you have no other options
Stayed here for a wedding. It was close to the venue. There is a mall attached, so was easy to grab food and alcohol. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was nice. But with the cost of the room all this was expected. It only met expectations.. didn’t exceed any.
When you hear the name Sheraton, it is come in your mind everything will be perfect but trust me we are really upset when we see old look, literally roches in the toilet, the shower tub is broken, the tap was leaking and the hand sope bottles are empty. Very disapointed. They have to change name rather say Sheraton change to Shellter.
