Hasn't been updated to the current Sheraton style but well kept and maintained previous decor style. Rooms are big and bathrooms too. Comfortable beds and good seating in the room. Staff were all impeccable and provided great service from all departments.
Honestly a great hotel. The only problem with it is where it's located. Very convenient if you have a car. But since I'm blind, it was kind of hard for me to get around. But I love this spot. It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are spacious and nice.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The bed is very comfortable, the pool area is very nice and the service is excellent. We especially enjoyed the view from the executive lounge and the service from Erjona. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Hamilton.
I was in town for a concert and was pleased with this hotel. It is attached to a mall with a Dollarama so that was handy for snacks and drinks. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Shower was nice. Full sized shampoo and conditioner was a definite plus - I have long hair and the teeny tiny bottles normally provided by hotels are never enough. Hair dryer was decent too for a hotel one. The staff were super kind and I was able to check in a few minutes early with no problem. The parking situation was a little odd but luckily I knew what to expect from reading the reviews. Basically if there is no parking left in the reserved hotel section, you can park anywhere in the underground parking - but there is a fee. Room was not very sound proof but I had my ear plugs so no big deal. I was on the 10th floor and the view was lovely. I walked outside alone in the daylight and it was fine, but I probably wouldn’t at night.
The room and bed were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, even though it is clear that the hotel is an older one not necessarily in a negative way. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The area is convenient but can feel a bit sketchy, especially at night.
