Centrally located with great views of downtown.nnThe staff and food service was well done and tasty.nnOur room on the concierge level was oversized and comfortable with the lounge service was a nice touch, especially since it was open all weekend. Most Marriotts close them down Friday to Sunday.nnMy only complaint is the parking lot. Beware of low ceilings.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton for our wedding weekend, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Solomon at the front door made us feel welcomed and cared for, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The front desk staff were equally kind and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and with genuine warmth.nnA special thank you to our coordinator, Michael P., who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled seamlessly. The handwritten note was such a thoughtful touch, and it meant so much to us on such an important day.nnOur rooms were spotless, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming after a long and emotional wedding day. The combination of professionalism, kindness, and personal touches truly made our stay memorable.nnWe are so grateful to the team at the Sheraton for making our special weekend even more wonderful. You know who made this stay?nnMina on the 17th Floor Bonvoy Lounge and the lady who checked us in.nWhat great service and with such joy to help people.nnThis morning Mina took the time to even make coffee and serve us as needed then I know…This is not really a requirement of the job.nnRefreshing to see.nnThe hotel is located in a good spot.nnOnly complaint would be the Gin Martinis….Bartender would pour a single oz, then an oz of olive juice followed by at least a three minute sitting on shaken ice. Shook again…then served it barely up to the second olive of three it was so little.nSend your bartenders back to school please.nCutting people short on an expense martini and I was a bartender at a high end place for years is a joke. We ate somewhere else after two mistakes.nnAll and all…Great stay

Nothing really stands out compared to some other hotels. You pay alot just cause of downtown but yet every booking business rooms was below par and the view isn't special you just see the zombies on Jackson square. Oh also even if you book a room the security guard in lobby is on a massive power trip or just doesn't like white people cause he will follow you essentially to your room and pretend he's doing something else. When confronted politely, he began to continue to tell me I didn't have a room as I was in the room doorway with open door. I brushed it off and hour later I have police asking about trafficking concerns within the unit. So I invited them with open arms to search the room & my belongings. No females I was alone also. So basically I paid $340 to be disrespected and 2 hours of time I cant get back & bad energy the rest of the night stayed in just to avoid that situation again.

We booked a block of rooms with this hotel for our wedding and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and prompt with answering emails.nnThe rooms were clean and they wrote a nice card for us and had treats waiting when we returned on our wedding night.nnThe area obviously isn't the greatest, but there is lots of security and it feels relatively safe. They were strict with my friends coming and going to rooms, and called up to ensure that we were expecting certain people, which was reassuring.nnIt took us a while to get checked in and to get a cart for our luggage, but that was to be expected as most of our group arrived right at check-in time.nnYou don't have to check out until noon, which is nice as well.nnIf you need to stay in downtown Hamilton, this is the place I'd recommend.
