I had a great stay at this hotel while in town for a comedy show. The check-in process was effortless and smooth, and the underground parking was easy to find and very convenient. The entire facility was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. My room was spacious and included a handy little kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, delicious, fresh, and included with the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend!
Came into Hamilton for treatment at MacMaster hospital and needed to stay a couple nights. Hotel was close and quiet for resting. Generous breakfast and since one of our nights fell on a Wednesday social evening, that was generous too. 2 Queen bedroom suite was perfect. Underground parking was slick and easy for the winter. Definitely would stay here again.
Oh this was an awesome stay! I had a large corner king size suite. The space was massive and the kitchen was fully equipped. I justified the extra expense by not eating out. It was nice to have fresh food and a stocked fridge. Shower was large and everything was clean. The amenities were very nice but take note there is NO hot tub my assumption; my bad. I’d return if in the area for sure.
Glad we decided to book here! almost everything was perfect. By FAR the kindest hotel staff I've ever met!! and one of the nicest hotel rooms we've stayed at. I wish I took pictures but it's exactly what they show when booking and we were happy just to be there. The pool looked bigger in the pictures..we didn't end up swimming. The complimentary breakfast was better than I had anticipated there were plenty of options some I've never been offered before: breakfast pork tortillas, chia pudding, overnight oats, 2 Belgium waffle makers, bread and baked goods...etc. There was a nice seating area as well not overpacked just right. Parking was fairly easy as well as navigating through the hotel. It was ideal being so close to everything we wanted/needed.
when paying for the hotel we specified that this is all costs included and was told yes, come to find out they took over 66$ from our CC after check out for parking.nabsolutely ridiculous. if your staff tells us everything is included we expect everything is included. this is your staffs fault and not ours and now we are out money at Christmas time because of your error. absolutely ridiculous!!!! will not recommend this hotel to anybody as their staff clearly don't know what they are telling their patrons. we get a hotel this same weekend every year for christmas parties and WILL NOT be staying here again. re train your staff and do better!!!!
