We have stayed at many hotels over the years for sporting events and this one is quite possibly at the top of our list. Rates were extremely reasonable. The rooms were clean and recently refreshed. Beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our sports gear. Breakfast eggs, waffles sausage, etc was included and was a great way to start the day. We really appreciated the specialty coffee machine - delicious flat whites and lattes, and my child said it made the best hot chocolate!! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean hotel, friendly polite staff- water pressure for the shower was excellent.nnComfortable CLEAN bed with no signs of bugs of any kind.nnAnd couldn't complain about the price - over all i was very impressed with this hotel and if I need to stay overnight again in burlington this would be my go too option.nnThank you BW staff, you guys are awesome.
Rooms were clean and modern. TV was complicated. Two remotes and weren’t able to get volume on the cable tv setting. Ended up having to sign into Netflix to watch tv at night and even then volume only worked for certain shows. Pool looked recently renovated but way too much chemicals. Eyes burned just sitting in the room. Breakfast was acceptable but would be nice if the menu was changed up daily as we were staying for three nights and it was the same bland food every morning. Location is convenient and will consider booking again if needed for another hockey tournament.
Updated room with updated electronics. The room had a smart TV that allowed for streaming services, multiple power outlets, USB charging ports and a wireless charging alarm clock. The furniture and decore were modern and the room was clean.
My girlfriend and I requested a room with handicap accessibility and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for me to move in my wheelchair and bathroom/shower was easy to use.nnThe room was very clean and nice. The pool area was great and also very handicap accessible.nnThe facility was clean. Staff were very professional and the morning breakfast was a very good one. Plenty of selection. We would definitely stay there again!
