Second time staying here first time didn’t disappoint and neither did this time. Used a free night and got the mini suite with a king bed this past Sunday night. Room was very clean. Keurig in room is definitely a plus as some hotels I’ve stayed in the past don’t have them. Front desk agent that checked us in was very nice. Will return to stay here again in the future. They are starting renovations hopefully next I stay it will be completed
We stayed 2 nights. Parking was good and lighted. Doors secure. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was just a little too hot. Couldn't fully enjoy it. The fitness room was on the small side; good for cardio, but limited room for two people if one really wanted to use the hand weights provided, A smaller common area by the front desk with in room coffee only. They are currently remodeling the rooms, yet the only update ours really needed was a new mattress, a couple more electrical outlets, and USB ports. We were on the 3rd floor, so I'm not sure about overhead noise. The breakfast room needs to be bigger! Even the common area was full when we arrived. They offered the basic breakfast of hotel champions. Potatoes both days, with scrambled eggs/sausage one day and omelets/bacon the other. Breads,cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, juice, and a hot coco/coffee selection. A small selection of condiments. We were there to ride bikes, and this location served us well. As we could ride to our destinations from here. I would definitely stay here again.
Staff are friendly and ready to help you. That's fact. The rooms are clean, bed is clean and comfortable. Nice room, tv is big channels are good. Bathroom does need an upgrade but it's not bad. It's worth the buck you pay for sure. Can't even complain really but there's little things that matter to me.nnOkay so, I don't keep my room a mess but, I am big on what services are supposed to be delivered.nnYou are to book room service the day before. Booked it and when I came back to my room, either noone came because I found the dirty towels still in the folded pile I left in the bathroom, no new towels and the bed. Though I lay the bed, I won't do a great job because I want to know if it was done. They basically threw the cover over the bed and left the sheets a mess under the bed. It's just follow through matters. That's all.
Hotel is receiving a much needed update.. Rooms are older but not overly worn. Front staff were great . Location next to the QEW is convenient.
It was clean and big rooms. Extremely hot in our room and we were told there was no fans or anything we could do to fix the issue. Ended up taking the filters out of the air conditioning as we were almost struggling to breathe it was so hot and there was almost an inch thick of debris caked on… The person at the front wasn’t very helpful or overly friendly. Would come back but bring a fan from home
