We had a wonderful stay in one of the recent renovated „Executive Queen Suites“ as we are travelling with 3 Kids, so 5 people. Enough space for the whole family.nNice indoor pool too. Lots of fun for the kids.nThe hotels location in very close proximity to the highway and a shopping mall. Easy access by car and only 8 minutes away to the lake.
Right off the QEW at Guelph Line this hotel is in a great location.nWe were lucky to snag one of their newly updated rooms and it was lovely. The walk in shower is big, it also has a timed heat light.nThe beds, pillows, and linen is great quality, I wish I could find pillows like that.nThe walls between rooms could use more insulation as we could hear the people next door talking.nBreakfast was great, eggs, sausage potatoes, breads, fresh feuit, yogurt, juices etc. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked.nCheck in was quick and seamless.nWe have stayed here twice before and will again
The beds are very comfy, the service is amazing the lady at the front desk was very kind and respectful. The hotel is very clean. The pool water is slightly too warm and the spa wasnt working, would be 5 stars if it was. Highly recommend this location.
The hotel room we stayed in was impecably clean. Also the hotel was close to the highway, it was perfect for a day of rest as we were traveling and driving all day.nnCleanliness 5/5nnBreakfast 3/5 - no dairy free optionsnnPoliteness - 5/5nnCost is reasonable, it isn't as cheap as the cheapest hotels and it isn't as expensive as the most expensive ones. It is in the middle. Overall I would recommend the best western plus Burlington hotel.
We have been spending a lot of time in Hamilton due to a family matter and having to book hotels. We found this one through Booking.com and we decided to book as it was very reasonable. They are in the process of renovating so the rooms all have a fresh new look. We love the convenience of being accessible to the QEW, 403 and 407. You also get a complimentary breakfast. This is our second time staying here and probably won’t be our last.
