I was greatly impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the accommodations. My room was spotless and everything looked fairly refreshed. Complimentary breakfast was good and well served. I could perceive the surroundings are a bit unsafe, however, the hotel takes all necessary precautions to ensure that guests can enjoy their stay.
ALL staff was so helpful and pleasant from maintenance, house keeping to front desk especially where Janice looked after us very well.nThe included breakfast and 3 evening meals were nice.nThe rooms were spacious.nThe living space had one end table no coffee table. Lighting was very dim.nMoved us to another suite due to ants which also had ants.nGreat to have laundry machinesnJust outside the hotel were drug addicts. However they did have security on site.
The hotel is very clean, the staff are fantastic and the breakfast is something to look forward to. Tina the manager goes over and above to ensure everyone has an amazing stay! Multiple great restaurants within walking distance and overall just a great hotel. I actually had a medical issue at the hotel and after a few days in the hospital, the manager Tina was kind enough to gather my belongings, bring those to the hospital upon my request and then went over and above by bringing me a bag full of wonderful fruit, muffins etc. I’m so appreciative of that! Thank you!
Stayed at this location to attend CFL game, Rooms were very clean,quiet and spacious. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with variety and quality of food. Because of location downtown the area was safe but some would a bit intimidated .security at front entrance was either card or buzzed in by staff. great place to stay and would definitely go back. great value for the price
We truly enjoyed our stay with Staybridge. From the beautiful room, heated pool and beautiful patio to the excellent service, kindness and generosity of the staff, we would not hesitate to come back. Special mention and thanks goes to Janice at the front desk who accommodated our every need, Dina, who kept our room in tip top shape, and Mary Grace and Suzie, who kept all of their guests happy and truly satisfied with their absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel special. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
