Best value among many motels in the larger area. Staff who want to and truly do help. Simple, clean rooms at a reasonable price. And in a beautiful location near the awesome redwoods. A real find!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We needed a place to stay and it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again! Also, the best food in town!

I thought this was a pretty good place to stay! All the campground around here were full so we had to buy a room for the night. It was $129 for a double queen. Owner was very nice! Rooms were clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Best dog friendly place to stay in the area hands down! The owner, Dave, is so friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very simple and really clean. Right outside your door there's a fire pit and 2 BBQ pits for your use as well as some ropes to tie your dogs collars to so they can roam around. The convenience of a cafe and a mini mart within a short walking distance makes it even better! Be sure to ask about the wooden chips for a 10% discount at the cafe upon check in. If I ever come through this area again, I will be staying here.

Great place to stay wonderful motel to stay the staff very helpful redwood national park in there back yard smith river to swim and kayak and fishing come check it out you will fall in love
