Nothing about this property says quality or clean! It costs nothing to pick up the trash in flower beds! The amount of repairs needed are crazy! Including door locks and latches.nnThis may be a level above the roach motel.

Had an awesome stay with friends. The food was amazing delicious and varied options that we all loved. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting again in the future..

Location is perfect to use as a base camp while exploring the local Jedidiah Redwoods, the trees of mystery, the pier, and driving up the Oregon coast. Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but had eggs sausage and hashbrowns which were good as well as biscuits and gravy and waffles. Not a bad spread! Reception guy was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location with wonderfully helpful staff. This was the perfect place to stop on our way down to Universal.nnThe staff offered recommendations about food, 101 driving, and even offered to carry our stuff up the stairs to our room.nnOur only complaint was that the floors were tacky. Not tacky as in ugly, but tacky as in sticky. It almost felt wet. The room was also pretty damp. We also weren’t fully expected more a motel-style with outdoor entrances. However, it felt safe enough.nnMy kids want me to write that the pillows were awesome. The bathroom was clean. Overall a good stay.nnOur room was also massive. Not sure if they are all like that, but the room could fit two normal hotel rooms in it.

Great price and the rooms were clean! I stayed here as a base camp for photographing Redwood National Park and the surrounding attractions. This hotel is very close to Howland Hill Road which leads you to the three 5-Star trails of the Redwoods - Boy Scout Tree Trail, Grove of the Titans, and Stout Grove. Efina and Ruben, a young married couple and two of the managers here, were just the kindest people you would ever meet! I even met their dog Mace. If you are wanting to visit the Redwoods, this is a great place to set up camp!
