We just stayed for our second time at this hotel. You can't beat the location! Our room was spacious and the bed is like a cloud! You can't beat the staff either, they are very friendly! If you are looking for a very tasty meal, we recommend their on site restaurant. I had the Lois Lake Steelhead Risotto and my spouse had the Seafood Pasta. If you have room left, the brownie will satisfy your chocolate cravings!nThank you for welcoming our family with open arms and big hugs to our friend Michael!!!!!!nSee you again soon!
I didn't stay at this hotel, but spent the day here for a work conference. It was easy to get to buy SkyTrain, and I can see it would have been easy by car as well. From downtown on a weekday morning, the travel time was about the same.nnThe facilities were good and the service was excellent.The hot buffet lunch, desserts and snacks throughout the day were excellent as well. I highly recommend this location for a larger gathering. Ours was over 300 people, seated at round tables.
Love it me and my family have a great experience awesome for stay going back to Calgary. Good and nice staff specially the front desk the guy Lopez is the last name. Very helpful thumbs up keep it up.
I stayed at the hotel for work reasons and it was a great experience. The hotel was within walking distance to my office as well as walking distance to all the shops in Metrotown Mall and the shops in the Crystal Palace. There are a ton of restaurants in the area that are within easy walking distance. If you wanted to explore the greater Vancouver area, the Skytrain station is within walking distance and easy to ride. The hotel staff were courteous and responsive if I needed something or had questions. The room was nice and quiet. The Time and Place restaurant had a decent Happy Hour selection. I liked the experience so much that I stayed there a second time!
Amazing staff and location! Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. The restaurant staff remembered us each morning and were very welcoming.nOur car window was broken while we were in the downtown area for dinner and the staff went out of their way to help tape/cover the window and keep the car in a safe location for us until our departure day. We very much appreciated everyone there!!!!
