We had a suite and stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of Dec 2024. We loved our room although the bedroom didn’t have any plugs for phone chargers or anything. I think there was 1 but it wasn’t anywhere close to either nightstand so would suggest making that update. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location and the staff. The view was beautiful. Would recommend and would stay here again. Also huge shoutout to the people working the breakfast shift. Breakfast was included in our stay. It was during the Taylor Swift weekend and they were SLAMMED on Saturday and did a great job. Jennifer and Christine I think were our servers names.
Boring mundane rooms, no free breakfast, terrible service. Told reception to please make up my room, came back in the evening to an undone room. When paying $230 a night for a “luxury” hotel I’d expect free water, vanity bags and fresh towels, all of which were not provided after the room was made. Had to tell reception I need fresh towels after the room was cleaned. Very disappointed, I’ve stayed in $40 a night thai hotels that provide all this and more with better service. Do better
I chose this hotel because it advertised itself as “dog friendly,” but that wasn’t the case at all, and I won’t be returning. When I made the reservation, I requested dog bowls, but they didn’t show up until I called the front desk. Later that night, my dog barked a few times to signal he needed to go out, and someone actually complained about it to the front desk. When I took him out, an employee was lurking around the corner and told me I wasn’t allowed to have pets on that floor and asked if I had paid a dog deposit. I was taken aback because i was being discriminated. I suggested we go to the front desk, and the woman there confirmed I had made a deposit and that pets are only allowed on floors 4-6 and that it wasn’t my room but another room that dogs are still barking. When I asked who the employee was, I was told he was just a doorbell person. Hilton really needs to train their staff better because I won’t be coming back after being treated this way, especially since he didn’t even know the hotel’s own pet policy. The front desk did apologize for his behavior, but this was my first and last stay at this location. There are plenty of other pet-friendly hotels that actually care about making pets feel welcome and not discriminating the guest.

Great guy and helpful.nnLinn on the 3rd floor restaurant was super great and easily understands the customer.nnThis is meant to be all positive as I know Hilton does a great job on training but these two were particularly awesome for our stay. Thanks again Hilton!nnBreakfast,also, tooootally hit the spot!
We celebrated our 25th wedding Anniversary in this venue. The hospitability of the staff is beyond excellent. We choose the most inexpensive food in our package buffet. In everybody's surprise it was excellent. several of our guests including myself made several food trips as the food is well prepared. Several of the guests made plans to hold their events in the future in this hotel. Excellent.
