Hotel was probably 4 stars 30 years ago. Rooms are really beat up. Shower slow to drain, paint chipped, duvet cover tattered. The room was clean and comfortable. Air con was great. The TV is very 90s. Only 2 elevators work. Staff were great but didn't seem to have enough staff. Picture of feature BBQ in the lobby looks awful. Oh and the TP is prison grade.
The room was great, featuring a very comfortable bed and a good bathtub. Would suggest better coffee options for in room.nThe gym had nice equipment, though the weight area felt a bit cramped. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub said on the website it was closed but it was open! I should've planned better.nHowever, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the concierge offered helpful local food recommendations. Overall, a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations and excellent service.
Their service is some of the best we’ve ever received!nHousekeeping: EXCELLENTnBellhop: Quick & courteousnFront desk: Got me my lost luggage as soon as it arrived and checked me in efficiently.nMaintenance: Unclogged our toilet in minutes.nALL GOOD IN EVERY ASPECT. Rooms are nice, view is beautiful.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. Everything else can only be described as the absolute minimum of hospitality. Don't bother with the restaurant. The hilton isn't what it used to be. We used this hotel for out wedding night and for about 15 if our put of town guests and it really didn't pass muster. Even the suites feel cheap and I'll fitted. Front of staff house were helpful when asked but can't believe how cheap the experience felt.
Went there for a seminar and room was clean and spacious albeit cold. Buffet lunch was excellent with both meat and vegetarian choices. It was a nice treat with truffle popcorn in the afternoon.
