Hilton Garden Inn Westchester Dobbs Ferry

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the lobby staff were super friendly and accommodating, and rooms were very clean. The gym was nice as well. Overall great visit and would definitely come back!Rooms: 5/5

The hotel itself is very nicely kept, with spacious rooms and nothing to complain about. Though most hotels offer complimentary breakfast, be warned that this one doesn't. My only complaint was about the guy at the front desk, who seemed very dismissive and had a bad attitude through our few minutes long interaction. Someone who I didn't speak to directly was very helpful coordinating rooms and check-in handouts for the event I was attending.

The location is great, easy access to eateries and shops. The agent that handled our check-in Lisa was courteous and very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking was very close and well light at night. Price was great for a hotel so close to the city.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent hotel - the HH app is amazing. Allows you to check in and out - have a digital key. Staffs were friendly and courteous. It also have a snack bar / shop. Would definitely go back.

Very disappointed that they stop the coffee in the lobby at 11. I was very surprised to find this out. Had to leave before 7am, came back at 12 dying for my coffee only to my surprise that there was none. I stay at all Hilton owned hotels and they have coffee in the lobby going all day. this may sound petty, but I am diamond member and seek out the hilton property's when I travel. It is the little things that make people happy. I am starting to think twice about this property especially.

Continental breakfast is $12 and parking is $12. Smell of weed in the hotel floor and the one person in the front desk didnt seem happy to be there. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. This isn't nyc so I need to check that we don't get charged a resort fee now. Disappointed for sure.Rooms: 5/5

Young lady at front desk very helpful. Kurig Coffee machine very dirty ran water to check machine and got a surprise of dirt in water in cup. No lighting in refrigerator and coffee station in room. This was after being transfer to another room from a room seemly not suited for people to stay in. Pictures are from first room 224.Rooms: 2/5

Minus one star on the general review because the bar. Zach was great! He made decent drinks with what was available to him. Honestly their alcohol inventory isnt great, they dont't stay open late.. and if you don't get Zach, your drinks will taste like acid. We are staying in the hotel over the course of 2 weeks.. Everything in the area closes super early.. so to not have a decently stocked bar, with the proper glasses and a cocktail menu is really interfering with the money this hotel could potentially be making.

Decent place. Lots of foot traffic and I'm pretty sure there's a lady of the night in the room above me different sounding grunts, glad I have a tv! EDIT: don't go to the breakfast that looks complimentary was almost charged 11$ just for some fruit

computer system down. i understand because of the storm. No free breakfast like the rest of my hilton experiences. The second floor smells so bad. I was told its a pet friendly floor but they need to deodorize and clean it wellRooms: 3/5
