Ardsley Acres Hotel Court

Looked a lot better in pictures. Room hadn't been serviced before we checked in and got our key. Room facilities are good, staff was generally friendly. Good price. Traffic in the area, however, is a nightmare with construction. Located near a train station, which is good. Would stay again.

Rooms are spacious, and clean. I sleep well. For the price this place exceeded my expectations. We had no complaints with the rooms. Only thing I didn’t like was the continental breakfast - too many starches & not enough other options.

Good and cheap place to stay. All the amenities you need for long term. Extremely close to the Saw Mill River Parkway and Interstate 87.

So far my daughter and I are pleased with your establishment. Rooms nice and comfortable. Breakfast quite satisfying(good choices). We shall keep you in mind for another visit.

Unfortunately all the renovations done to the rooms can't renovate bad management. The owner, manager, staff are cold, nasty, and merciless to customers. Because he's got a great location, spent quite a bit upgrading an old motor inn & lowers the rate $10 below the nearest competition, he's never short on comers. So, it gives him license to run it like a monarch. Don't request, speak or ask anything that is deemed to management out of the ordinary - or else. I've given the motel my business twice. The first I dismissed as a bad day, the 2nd time, simply unforgivable. Not only for how I was treated, but how I observed others as well. I now know it's (bad) business as usual.
