My family spent mother's day weekend here. When we arrived it's was clean and very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed when we went to have breakfast cause my kids were not included to receive the breakfast vouchers this comes with being a Hilton rewards member. I wasn't overly concerned until we went to breakfast, first an older guest stopped us and told us we needed to pay for breakfast like we were stealing and had to show my voucher and he left. I have no idea what that was about and we just went on to grab breakfast. There were lots of choices and most was good. Eggs were not too bad but not great as well as the home fries they were bland. My 2 kids had a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ each was $17 are you kidding! Thank god we had 2 vouchers I couldn't imagine paying for all of us. I was impressed by the security in that you can't get to guest rooms without a key so I felt safe. Very nice and clean, but was taken aback that the rooms don't have trash bags having 2 kids that was rough. Luckily I caught housekeeping and was given a couple dirty clothes bags to use. The pool was very nice a bit colder than we would've like being an indoor pool cause no sun, but still had fun. Very nice hotel in general and great water pressure, beds comfy and clean. Other than ridiculously expensive breakfast without membership vouchers would stay there again and just bring ceral for kids.
I stay regularly in the are for work but at different hotels. I was very impressed by the supportive staff, cleanliness and modern decor touches of this location. The amenities of the onsight restaurant, pool and fitness center were great for business travel as well.Rooms: 5/5
I was super happy with my stay here! I was in room 202 and the employee named Dave was super helpful. I really like the coffee machines and I called them to buy all of the machines and they agreed so now I have 300 Hilton branded coffee machines. I just was not impressed with the location. I was on a business meeting! Food & drinks: Hotel has a restraunt that is pretty nice.
This must be a new ? location because it all seemed brand new and really high-end. I highly recommend it. The front desk staff were friendly, the breakfast was only decent but the building and rooms and bathrooms were really nice.Rooms: 5/5
This was one of the best Hiltons I’ve stayed at. Room and bathroom were super clean. Loved the shower. They have a decent sized gym with newer equipment and a heated pool. The breakfast in the morning was great, with something for everyone. Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area.
I arrived after cross country travel later in the evening. My room was incredibly dirty - I instantly notice the vinyl flooring looked like it had not been swept in some time hair and lint, the carpet has debris throughout and certainly not vacuumed, there is food under the TV console, and even the toilet is dirty. Disgusting. I haven’t even looked at the bed yet. I paid a small fortune to stay for a week and I arrive to this. I called front desk and he was not helpful - sold out and told me to check in the morning with someone instead of him addressing this with management himself. This is completely unacceptable. Having stayed at two other wonderful Hiltons in the past week, I would not recommend this one to anyone.
I was treated very poorly at this hotel. I was eating breakfast and was accosted by a strange woman in the breakfast area. She first played like she was just a fellow guest asking me a playful question then she quickly changed to attacking me accusing me of things I was not guilty of doing, and can you believe, physically searching my personal effects. I was dumbfounded! It got worse when I saw her walk away into an employee only area. Only then did I find she was THE MANAGER of the banquet staff. She was walking around unidentified with no employee uniform or name tags insulting paying customers instead of greeting them making the stay pleasant or comfortable. I lost my appetite stopped eating and promptly checked out of that hotel. I would never stay here under this management. Avoid Vickie Muszinski if you choose to stay here! Horrible experience! Hilton also has not investigated or made meaningful attempts to resolve the issue. It's disappointing Hilton! Disappointing! Noteworthy details: The staff was horrible towards my family and for no apparent reason. I was sitting for breakfast and a hotel manager instigated a negative interaction with me. Hilton should handle this. I do not recommend going here at all! They need customer service training!
Probably the nicest HGI I ever have stayed at. Beautiful rooms. You wouldn't think you were in a HGI. I'm a pilot that stays in these hotels all over the country. A lot of them are showing their age some are actually terrible, especially the ones down south. Hilton Gardens usually have very uncomfortable mattresses. This location had the best bed of any I've stayed in. The bathroom was large and modern. The entire hotel is just a much better, modern version of a Hilton Garden Inn. I wish they were all like this.
Great staff and nice rooms but wifi issues very difficult to resolve. Regular wifi is 5Mbps and once you have selected that option you cannot pay to upgrade for the remainder of your trip due to limitations with their system. This seems to be problem with all Hiltons but not with Marriott.
It’s kind of sad how you fired an employee right after their partners grandmother died. If an immediate supervisor gives an “ok” to an employee for taking time off, then you as a hotel group should take consideration that someone you have as a supervisor gave them an “ok”. Seriously, this is why you have a high turnover rate in terms of employment. Have a feeling or two for your employees and stop looking at them like their bodies.
