Baymont Inn & Suites West Lebanon

The property needs A LOT of work. The day time desk help needs to work on their English. Also someone to explain the use of the heating controls as they are different then most hotels. I asked for a special rate because hotels will usually discount when you have an appointment at the local hospital. The discount was not much different than the every day advertised rate.

Great place if you need a quick overnight stay. Good breakfast included as well, but mainly carbs. Lick box and fridge included in my room.

Comparatively cheaper than hotels in the area. Nice lobby with seating arrangements. Free cookies at the reception. Complementary popcorn machine at the lobby as well. Typical hotel room with all standard amenities including free WiFi, TV, fridge, safe/locker, iron/ironing board. Dated equipment and fittings. Overall clean and worth the price. Close to the airport. Ideal for people vacationing at Vermont due to its proximity and people visiting Dartmouth.

I had to stay here for two days during a snow storm in between shifts. The first night was decent, though the bathroom wasn't very clean. When I arrived the second night and asked for extra shampoo and conditioner, no one at the front desk seemed to be able to find anything. The ac/heat was also not working. Definitely not worth saving the money.

Okay hotel. Not the best nor the worst. WiFi is a bit on the slow side though. Other than that no complaints, but no praise either.
