Awesome little park. Nice beach and picnic areas. Fishing dock, boat launch and campsites. They also have Yurt camping. We kayaked and hiked some easy to intermediate trails around the lake and through the woods. We saw a Bald Eagle in the pine Forest from our kayak and sun bathing turtles. An awesome day!

I Like this park, my parents took us there when we were kids ( a lot older now ) Now my wife and I take our kids there, it's peaceful and very scenic they also put on programs about animals in Pa Friday - Sunday evening during peak season. We try to make it there camping 2-3 times a year and now we have several friend that follow us there. The staff is very friendly and the park and buildings are well maintained

The park and the staff were great, the lake was beautiful and very enjoyable to kayak around. The wide open camp site wasn't my favorite... I prefer to be surrounded by trees but even that wasn't so bad when the stars were visible. The fact that the people next to us were so loud all night, even working on a squeaky bicycle at 3am and the camp host didn't seem to care was a bit of a let down.

My wife and I LOVE this place. Nice hiking around the big lake, close to the PA Grand Canyon, beautiful park, great for family getaways, well kept, wonderful staff, and the yurts are our favorite! There are only two of them in the park, so they book quickly. If you haven't stayed in one, it's a real treat and it's amazing how many people they can accommodate! We'll be back again and again.

Wonderful campground not real crowded and quiet. We needed to change our campsite due to it was to small for our trailer. The girl at the park office was very helpful and pleasant.
