Stony Fork Creek Campground

Great place. Located in the valley at the Grand canyon of PA. Family owned property. We had several issues with our rig and the owner helped to resolve the problems. Highly recommend this Sam's club property.

The staff were a little pushy and not so customer friendly. Someone said in a review that weather was bad and they got a refund. We left a day early because of bad weather, but they would not refund us. Don't pay ahead if you can help it. The staff did not care. I'd call it theft of service... Campground was nice otherwise..

Worst camping experience ever. To begin with, their site says a tent site is $10/night. Not $10/person/night. We asked for a site as faraway from everyone else as possible. So we wouldn't be bothered. We were placed right next to another couple. Fellow campers at the site next to us were loud and rude. We asked them to be quiet and they laughed at us, continued to blast their obnoxious music. We weren't going to put up with it another night. We left before noon the next day. Asked for a refund of the second night which we paid in advance. We're told "we don't give refunds for leaving early". This place is a joke. If you're looking for a nice scenic campground to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones, avoid this place like the plague. The owners are very arrogant, rude and inhospitable. We will spread the word to everyone we can.

Nice setting. Clean and pretty convenient. Phone signal non existant and wifi provided very poor
