Change machine doesn't work properly. Staff that work there do not provide change either. Response I got is that it's "self serve", meaning you have to bring your own change to use their machines. I won't be going back there.

This place is gross. Half the machines are broken. I feel like I'm in a Tom Waits song. Avoid coming here if you can.

Went here on our way out of Ottawa to do our laundry. Washers and dryers weirded well but the owners could have been nicer! The woman was so rude to us when she came in and ushered us away so she could clean.

The general cleanliness of the place does not match how clean my clothes are after using their machines! The machines are what's important. Enough said.

The first machine I tried ate $2.50 of mine but other than that it did what it needed to do, I'll keep going there.
