Hillary's Cleaners

Attempted to pick up my jacket, but it was held hostage. Had my jacket cleaned twice, both times the same stain was not removed. Was expected to pay, twice. Was told I could not pick up my own jacket without calling the "president" of the company the next day to resolve the issue of me picking up my jacket without paying double for a service not rendered. This president holds better-than-bankers' hours and leaves at 4, so don't expect any issue to ever be resolved after this time. What's more, he is incredible rude and disrespectful as he discharges his presidential duties of handling customer service issues. He called me a "young lady," as he cut me off, and told me he didn't need my "one-time-customer" business, and furthermore, that he didn't have the time to "deal with this." Which could only have meant that he had much more pressing presidential matters to attend to. I live so close to this place, I had been going to the "nicest cleaners" for over 2 years. Never again. Just a hint: they aren't so nice.
