I never have issues bringing my mom here. The doctor and her assistant are patient and kind with my mom. She has dementia and movement limitations. They helpful in moving her slowly and very compassionate. Blood work done on the spot. Got my flu shot also here with no issues. Thank you ladies for excellent care

love this clinic, Dr. Naqvi is so kind and caring <3 she is a solid Doctor and more doctors need to be like her, reception is always friendly as well, even when you can see they are swamped sometimes : awesome pharmacist too.

Dr Naqvi, her assistant and the pharmacy are very thorough, caring, kind and friendly. The clinic is well managed and I rarely have to wait when I have an appointment. Dr. Naqvi always follows promptly up after any tests.

Went twice, saw Dr. Sadaf fast which was great. My concern is Dr. Sadaf is very quick to diagnose you with cholesterol or diabetes without asking you other questions. I had bloodwork done before going and had my results on hand, I wasn't a candidate for either. If you're looking for a doctor that isn't too quick to slap you with one of the chronic conditions, and scare you off, look around. Good for a walk in for colds and infections.

Please do not waste your time going to this clinic. The doctor is the worst I have ever dealt with. I went there to get blood taken, the lady poked me 3 separate times and was still unable to find the vein. I eventually had to go to LifeLabs up at Dundas/Bloor to get the blood drawn. AND now I have been waiting for 4 days to get my test result and still no phone call. I went to the office and asked to see the doctor since they were not returning my calls, only to be told the doctor was not seeing patients that day and my only option will be a phone call. I asked if I could be given the results and the answer was no. I had to go to another clinic re-do the test so I could get the results. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Sadly have had go change my review to 1 star. The receptionist i spoke to today was rude and purposely unhelpful, doesnt comprehend english well, does not honor AODA accessibility laws, and has acted as a barrier for me to receive medical care. Shame on the receptionist who took my call today. You cannot treat people this way just because the system is broken and people are desperate for care. If you speak another language, have hearing difficulties, are disabled, or a senior, i would avoid this clinic at all costs. The receptionist is rude and will not provide accurate information creating a barrier to care. Went in this weekend and was pleasantly surprised that they had a physician on site. He took his time, and went above and beyond what i expect from a walk-in clinic. The receptionist is wonderful. She is organized, prompt, and very kind. She managed to do my bloodwork while handling waiting patients and ringing phones. Was very gentle and had no bruising Very pleased

Dr. Naqvi is extremely knowledgable and willing to work collaboratively with patients. I am very impressed by the quality of service at her clinic!

I have found Dr. Naquvi to be professional, kind, efficient and collaborative- something you don’t see very often these days. I’ve received appointments fairly easily and wait times are pretty common at any Dr’s office.Not sure why people are acting surprised. The thing is - sometimes others have more pressing issues. The day that it will be me I will appreciate that she fit me in her schedule. That being said I am Ok with that as long as I get served as well. Highly recommend.

This Clinic is not recommended for people of color. This receptionist has been very unprofessional and rude. I am so disappointed . My son really needed medical attention and I had to leave.

Don't waste your time even calling for walk in they don't take actual walk ins and would only give me a can book you a 10-15 minute phone appointment for sometime between sometime between 2 and 5. They wouldn't even give me an exact time so I could ensure I wasn't in a meeting at the time.
