Horribly trained staff from the receptionist to the in house doctor. The receptionist is most likely trained to say whatever will get you out of the clinic without actually being treated. I have attempted to go several times to be met with excuses ranging from "the doctor does not know how to use a computer or printer to fill out your form" to being told they choose not to help certain ailments as it requires follow ups which the in house doctor just "doesn't want to do". I am amazed this practice can operate with such incompetency especially in this pandemic climate when hospitals and other clinics are stressed to breaking point. Save your time and go literally anywhere else, though writing this is most likely what they want so they have to serve less patients.
The receptionist never answers. The voicemail says they’ll get back to you in 3 days. They insist on a waste of a virtual appointment by phone call only to call you in the next day I.e get paid for both visits I’m sure. What is the point of a walk in if you can’t walk in?
Not a good experience by any stretch. Hard to understand what the receptionists says. Doctors too are rude and makes you feel not welcomed at all.
Used to be great. Have had the pleasure of dealing with some of the best doctors I've ever had here. Not the case anymore. They've clearly been chased out by how awful this place is. Reception is maybe the worst I have ever interacted with - barely answer the phone, which may be a blessing, because they're horrendous when they do. I've never heard somebody sigh on the phone when being asked to do their job. A medical receptionist is dealing with people often at their most vulnerable and the clerks here are condescending, rude, and regularly unwilling to do any part of their jobs. Uphill battle to get them to book, give you any details about bookings, get paperwork sent anywhere. God forbid anybody you're dealing with needs to get info from this clinic, they'll never get it. Will book you in for a time and then call hours earlier, repeatedly, then call the next day to ask why you missed your appointment as if they're a cable company showing up between 8-4 rather than a doctors office. Happy to amend this review if anything ever changes, but its been steadily downhill for over a year now.

Patient Service has deteriorated significantly. Very disappointing. After submitting 3 separate requests for a virtual appointment and receiving electronic confirmation that it went through no one has followed up. Repeatedly emailed and received no response. So now walk-ins are becoming difficult to access and virtual appointments are just ignored?? Where is the patient support and assistance??
I was told that the doctor will call me from 10:30 to 11 today. I understand that doctors are busy but it's not like people can wait for a phone call all day. I could have gotten another clinic in the time that I was waiting for a call. When I called back the clinic to ask the receptionist why nobody was calling me the receptionist was in a hurry to hang up saying that I need to answer a call. When I wasn't finished asking her questions. I know this clinic is free but they need to do better. Receptionists need to keep in their mind that patients are the reason why they have a job to begin with. They could have used some patience. Here is an update. I did receive a phone call around 12 ish and I was asked by the doctor if I paid for the service. But the receptionist told me it was free. When I replied no, the doctor on the phone hung up saying that he needs to clarify something. 30 mins later I received a voice message saying the same lady that hung up on me from this clinic that I need to pay 60 CAD to receive the service. I was confused because I was told that it’s free and they made me sigh up a form. I called the clinic the next day only to find out that the doctor and the receptionist were wrong and it was free after all. They offered me another doctor but I declined because the fact that they made so many mistakes made them seem untrustworthy. Mistakes can happen but this is a clinic.
Had a great experience with both the lovely doctor and the front desk staff. I requested an appointment, and within an hour I received a call back from the doctor. Highly recommend and surprised by the poor reviews.
A good place to have your health check, now on this days there are only phone call appointments which it makes some how a bit hard to get diagnosed, but the Dr. will place few appointments afterwards to follow up which it helps lots. The receptionists are nice to talk and have the patience to listen and take notes. As an advice, just be nice and clear at the phone. The Dr. likes to go straight to the point and the receptionists are busy enough like to attend rude people.
While the doctor I spoke to over the phone was great, the clinic suffers due to horrible receptionist work. I called last week to book myself and my daughter who is too young to see a doctor by herself an appointment. So we scheduled our call appointment and our in-person appointment and everything was fine. They even told me I could send photos and such ahead of time via e-mail to make the calls go smoother. I sent 1 e-mail for myself and 1 e-mail for my daughter, just so that everything is sorted properly and they don't mistakenly put photos in the wrong files. They scheduled our initial phone appointment for Monday the 15th at 10am. I didn't think anything of the holiday, honestly. Many walk-ins are open on holidays. So, naturally, I slept through the call at 10am on Sunday. It wasn't until I checked my voicemail later that I found out they were actually closed on Monday and trying to get calls done. So that was strike 1 for poor reception. Appointment day comes around and I get a call from a private name, private number a full hour before my scheduled phone appointment. Like most people, I don't pick up calls with no information attached. I call the office back after checking my voicemail, and reception says that sometimes that happens if prior clients don't pick up, they move on to the next. This is not okay. We have agreed upon scheduled appointments for a reason. Keep to them. At 1230 a doctor finally calls back, but it's a different doctor. Through this doctor who was fabulous, by the way I find out that reception scheduled me and my daughter for the same timeslot, but with different doctors for both phone and in-person appointments. I also find out that the e-mails I was told I could send and they would reach the doctor, did not actually reach the doctors. So I had to spend time going over all that information over again. Something came up between our call and our in-person appointment and I had to cancel. I called and told the receptionist we wouldn't be making it. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said "I don't know." I was tired and didn't have a calendar at the ready, and I figured I'd call back if/when I was ready to move ahead with rescheduling. 15 minutes later they call back to "confirm cancellation." Why? I literally just spoke to you on the phone to cancel. At this point, I don't know if I will call back to reschedule. To say the receptionist doesn't know what they're doing is an understatement, and it might be enough to put me off from the great doctor I was supposed to see.
