Made a 500$ deposit which I still didn’t receive back almost a month later. Came in person to solve the issue, but no one was there. A sign saying « will be back in 15 minutes » was hanging, so I decided to wait. Half an hour later - still no one. What a half ass business. Avoid at all cost.

I bought a straight truck certified oct2019 , supposed to be in working condition , The truck was delivered with new inspection saaq . Took it to a prehire inspection they found a lot of problems , thats all happened in 1 day from delivery . The Ryder sales mng cant do nothing about it i had to deal with warranty departement in usa i am still waiting for a call 1 week now and no answear yet . I have been calling every day since . I will never ever buy from Ryder

inspection donne and many faults not fixed or just ignored terrible and all they say is we followed government guidelines . My God i had a check engine light on picking up the vehicle that wasn't there when i test drove it ' brakes where almost finished tires , terrible , and they kept saying cost me several thousands of dollars . You want to save problems look elsewhere you will save a lot of grief 'time and money .

Good if you want to buy trucks. Nice customer support.
