Worst experience at this location. Not only the burgers didn’t look fresh, they were actually stale and smelled bad. Unfortunately we ended up throwing lots of food as we weren’t comfortable giving it to our kids and it was too late to go back to the restaurant. The meat literally smelled like a bad breath. I have had hero certified burgers before and from other locations but never had this experience. Really disappointed!
I loved it! I’ve been going here for years and it is definitely one of the best places to go for a burger in the GTA. Would recommend. The employees are nice and the owner is great. The menu can get a but difficult to understand but the cashiers are always willing to help out. Five stars.
I went for lunch on 28 December 2022 and needless to say I wasn't very impressed at all. The front counter associate did not greet me with any enthusiasm whatsoever and that really set the tone for my experience. Although the burgers I ordered were very tasty, the lack of solid customer service left a bad taste and poor impression. Due to which I don't think I will ever return to this location. What they are failing to understand here, is that customer service is paramount and any shortfalls, means a shortfall in return visits from a customer. The guy at the counter was not thankful for my business and he overall lacked a positive attitude. If this is what I'm getting at the front, it makes me wonder what I'm getting behind in the food preparation area the when my food is being prepared. Employees do not seem too happy to be working here. Something worthy of looking into. I felt uncomfortable and I didn't feel like my business was at all valued here. And I should also mention that the associate at the front, handled cash and food without washing his hands. A huge Red Flag for me. If I wanted that, I would have gone to Subway, as they are famous for handling cash and food with the same dirty hands. Up the customer service and I think business would improve and lean to impress those of us looking for a great burger experience. If you're in the burger business, you definitely have to be over and above the competition. There are too many burger places, to not pay attention to the smaller things, in which matter to customers. Should this change, I would consider a second visit. As it stands now, Heck Nooo. Definitely not for the price of your burgers.
They treated me with kindness, and they did a fantastic job with my dinner. They went into great detail about the range of choices available. The food was hot off the grill and fresh. It was a wonderful experience, and the owner was welcoming and helpful as well.
this was a perfect place to go for a good filling burger for the right price. all the ingredients were above expectations. makes me understand why this location is the best hero burger in the area. the place was clean and maintained. friendly staff and everything was fresh.
Good experience. and my jalapeño chicken had just the right amount of spice. Would go again. The washrooms and restaurant was clean. This was important since I had my kids with me. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to the table for us which is unusual for a fast food restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: They were amazing and talking and friendly with all the customers that were present Parking: There were alot of parking spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: It was wheelchair accessible and friendly for people with needs. Dietary restrictions: There were so many varieties and options for whatever dietary restrictions that people may have.
I usually love hero burgers, I am not a big fan of this location. This is what they serve their customers. Specially when you order directly order through them things are different. I ordered through uber, quantity of poutine was literally 3/4 of what it should be.
We ordered combo burgers to go. We did not checked the orders before we left, when we got home we find out they did not give us fries. We tried calling them to let them know but no answer... I just hope they are mindful of the orders
