Soggy baconator fries for me and cold fries for the wife. The wait is long both to order and get food . People standing at the counter for almost ten minutes just to order so that long wait times don't show up on the their screen. Soda machine was plumb nasty, dirty tables, and the floor is sticking to my shoes. I can only imagine how bad it gets when it's busy here. This was mast last trip ever to this location.
I ordered 2 pretzel double hamburgers for $14.32. I got home and both were single pattie. Waited behind 3 cars for 15 min. They were not in a hurry to mess up my order. Typical fast food. Better off supporting a local business. Burger was very bland.Food: 1/5
We travel some and have had quite a few bowls of Taco salad and the last 3 from our local area has not matched other areas and states. There has been mostly 'chili and beans' in most other places and not watered down with maybe 7 or 8 beans and a few pieces of hamburger in it. We understand costs and all.. but that's just not up to standards.
I've been to alot of Wendy's all over the states and the workers here are soooo nice,a few customers were complete jerks though, come on guys,do you always have what you need? Are people jerks to you for? How did it make you feel? Wendy's, I will definitely be back soon love those garlic fries
Ok I love Wendy’s an was so excited to get one so close to home. Unfortunately my family an I have a few times hoping they would work out the corks due to it being a new restaurant. Didn’t happen. Every time we went the order wasn’t right, frys were horrible, an when my husband went to get our missing order the manager was unpleasant with him. So because of this our family will no longer be eating here at this establishment. We pay good money for what we order an just ask for what we paid for. What a let down!
This was the 2nd time I had been here in a month and the men's restroom door would not lock. Had to urinate while holding the lock button. The automatic soap and water would not work. I checked the soap dispencer was full. Thankfully my wife had hand sanitizer. I brought it up at the counter, they said you have to jiggle the door, and wave several times for soap and water. Hello people, that is not the answer. My family owns 347,000 shares in this business. Maybe Wendy's doesn't need us! You think. Manager needs to call me!
Got 2 spicy nugget meals with ranch. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Just to get non spicy nuggets and missing fries. Also didn’t get ranch. Food wasn’t warm and fries were super soggy.
Stopped by Wendys to get some nuggets. It wasn’t enough for 2-10 pieces so I had to wait 5 minutes. While waiting the “Cashier” who’s collecting money comes over from drive thru and fixes a 10 piece with his bare hands. The manager says I’ll make sure he wears gloves. Not I’ll make sure he won’t serve food or I’ll make sure he washes his hands before serving food, or even more importantly, I’ll make sure he uses the proper utensils.
Fries were cold and hard as a rock. The chicken sandwich felt like I was chewing on beef jerkey and cold as well. Gave me the wrong drink. The only thing I finished was the chicken nuggets. I guess this is why pace hasn't had a Wendy's in so long. I won't be a return customer. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.
So disappointed with the food. Nothing looks like the pictures, lesson learned. Asked for "seasoned fries" per their extensive menu but got regular fries instead that only tasted like the oil they were fried in. And of course by the time we checked and noticed the fries mistake, we were almost home. I think we aren't coming back to any Wendy's...
