It's an exceptionally clean McDonalds, the fries are always perfect. From a cleanliness and food perspective it is absolutely a top tier McDonald's. However, there is a low rumble that is REALLY annoying and I know it's super dumb but it could be stressful for some people. Vegetarian options: The fries are vegan and the McPlant is amazing, the vegetable dippers I'm less keen on but still aren't terrible. Parking: Quite a few spaces but often a queue to the drive through can block the parking entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: There is good wheelchair access, however, the electric door buttons do not work.
I chose a burger with some bacon and fries with a fresh orange juice. The burger was excellent with a bit of salad, too. I was served quickly without any difficulty. It was a busy venue where tables were cleared promptly and there was always somewhere to sit. Perhaps I'm getting less tolerant but some children treated the restaurant as a noisy play area, running around and shouting. It was a bit much for me! Otherwise a big tick from me!
Ordered on the app, and sat waiting for them to bring the food out for over 10 minutes. Plenty of cars going through the drive-through so decided to go in and collect food. No apology given as to why I had to wait for my food, and said I had to wait for Hash Browns to cook. Funny as they had just put plenty in the bags for the drive through! When I finally got my food, the muffin was cold as it had clearly been waiting for a while.
A good place to stop for a meal, clean nice staff very friendly. Clean restaurant anf toilet. Recommended it
Shocking service. All very well taking orders on the screen or via the app. But if you haven't got enough staff to get the food to the customer, there is a big problem. Ordered via tha app waited 25 minutes before asking where the order was. 5 minutes later it arrived. The young lad spilt tea all over my wife, but thankfully it was cold!!!! Did get a fresh order made as the whole order was cold. In and out in an hour. So much for fast food.
The dislike is for the incredibly poor layout of the car park and the restaurant. Despite ordering and eating immediately the 1/4lbder and fries were not hot. It was busy so no excuse. Service was quick although one of the machines was slow and not giving receipts.
Quite a small McDonald's. It was hard to get into the car park because of the queue at the drive through. We also had to queue at the door because of the poorly positioned touch screens, which were not very sensitive and slowed things even more. I know it's half term but it was a shame they had run out of fruit bags. On the plus side the food arrived very quickly and the staff were very helpful and working really hard. Also the electric car chargers were available. I would recommend visiting at a quieter time.
BUSY!!!!!!! The road was busy leading to it, I avoided drive through and went in to order, was just as busy. Struggled to find space to stand inside. Staff were super busy, and efficient. Still friendly still smiling despite being so overrun. Due to sheer volume of customers it took 30 minutes from start to leaving with food and most of that was queuing in the car. Kid-friendliness: Activities and balloons for the children Parking: It's the queue getting to the car park that can be a problem. I found a space, though at times that can be limited.
Food wasn't a acceptable temperature and the gentleman's toilets was quite disgusting. The staff were relatively friendly and the service was speedy all they need to do is learn how to cook food and clean the toilets more...Food: 2/5
