Burger Factory

Nothing juicy about this Lucy! This used to be mime and my kids favorite place to eat. But somehow the other, the Milton location is biggest hit and miss I have come across. Burgers were dry, and packed oddly, all the veggies were out of the burger, no I didn't order my veggies on the side. Three burgers, three family members, 60 bucks in, same reaction from everyone. Service is good, food is below mediocre at best. Only the Milton location though.

I kept putting this place on the back burner for places to eat in Milton and I’m upset at myself for not coming here sooner. What initially brought me here were the funnel cakes after positive reviews from the wife. What will keep me coming back are the quality sandwiches/burgers. For anyone looking at the pics and saying the ratio of bread to meat looks like too much meat, trust me the buns are soft and will be needed to soak up all the juices from whatever you choose to put in between. My cheese steak sandwich was ON POINT and my little boys loved the poutine. We’ll definitely be back for the funnel cake and I’ll have a burger beforehand.

Such an amazing place with extremely nice staff, and extremely good food. I come here all the time, and order a Juicy Lucy on fire, and the man who works there always treats me with the utmost respect. I really appreciate everything he does to provide the finest service. Today, I ordered a juicy Lucy a little earlier, and they included a little gift with it too. I really appreciate their honesty, and so glad they are located near me. I will continue to come here for many more years to come.

I took my family here once over a year ago on the recommendation of one of my friends. We left despite being hungry because the staff were rude and unfriendly, which killed my appetite. My family and a different friend's family joined me today in coming here. Once again, the staff was impolite and unprofessional. At the time, I didn’t write a negative review, but now I feel like I should. Even if the food is bad, I would eat there again if there was good service and hospitality.

Ordered twice, once through Uber and once direct. Food was delicious both times. They had all the toppings correct and proper proportions. When ordering and picking up the staff were attentive and labelled the burgers properly. Juicy Lucy on fire is really good.

Great food , friendly staff and cleanliness. Washroom was also clean, and also noticed they really clean and scrub down the tables and seats after it being used! Makes me feel assured how clean the place is with flu season this time of the year! Will definitely come again! One of now my favourite burger factory locations by far!

Complete waste of time and money. If you want to waste 30+ minutes of your time for small portions of the worst quality food you can imagine, as well as being disrespected by the staff, then this is the place for you. The portions are small for the price, the meat is dry and the fries are over cooked garbage. The staff is super ignorant to the needs of the customers. I asked how long my order would be after waiting for some time and they said 10 min, 15 minutes then passed and I asked again and they said it would take another 10. This place clearly doesn’t value the time of its customers or the quality of the food they put out. Also, I watched the employees run around the restaurant touching everything and not washing their hands once. I wish I could give this place a 0 star but that’s not an option. The owner clearly takes no pride in their restaurant. Such as let down compared to the burger factory I went to in Mississauga. This place is on my black list for life and I’ll be sure to pass along my experience to all of my friends and family.

The food is good and the toppings are fresh and have been the same since I started dining at the Resturant. It’s a bit pricey but a rare all halal burger joint if not the only one in Milton. Not much competition, but is a go again until a better halal burger joint shows up in Milton. Staff are 10/10 Friendly and nice, kudos to the team!

Food was fantastic, called ahead to find out about gluten free options for my girlfriend and the manager was upfront and honest. Atmosphere was great, the staff are awesome, friendly and charismatic. If we’re ever in Milton again we’ll be back. Shout out to the manager for excellent customer service and overall friendliness Dietary restrictions: Girlfriend said Gluten free bun was great, couldn’t tell the difference from a normal bun.
