Was recommended to go here to sell some jewelry, I was extremely unimpressed with the rude customer service and lack of help. The store is outdated and frankly I don't trust the advice given from a such establishment. Overall, it was a major waste of time and gas. Don't bother making your way here only to receive snarky and rude service.

They have been amazing to work with and exceeded expectations with the ring and matching bands!

Went in to see if we could sell some pearls. Slow service and once the lady came she was incredibly rude, refused to help or answer any our questions at all. Also didn’t look like a nice place. Will not be going here again.

I have done business here multiple times and I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality jewelry. They are very helpful and polite when explaining a piece of jewelry to me. I feel they are reasonably priced and gave me a very generous amount for my old and broken jewelry.
