Checkout a joke Found a few good deals and headed for the checkout. Checkout #1 was taking FOREVER! Decided to try different checkout. After waiting 15 minutes and watching a cashier struggle with a gift card we decided to try checkout #3. This checkout had a long line so we finanly went to the shoe department for help. Finally got some service! No waiting and the clerk was very helpful. There has got to be a better way to run your checkouts. This store wasn't even that busy. Maybe now we know why..

Worst Customer service Janet M extremely rude to my friend of coupons she wouldn't overide them like 20 dollars rewards card When we use are Younkers Credit card.I been told by a another associate that I can use them when there are expired of this month from 30 days so I did took there word but when we end up at checkout it was different. We were extremely upset on Janet M she use a smile like we're idot from using these coupons.Even though we went to different checkout she follow us and told the associate not to override that was my worst shopping experience.

Steve M. did an outstanding job and helped me in a completely different department. Steve has great customer service skills and is willing to go out of his way to help customers. The prices were great as well!

The women's shoe dept is a waste! I had to practically beg for assistance and when I finally got some she couldn't be bothered to follow up with me. So I had to flag down another woman. She got me 2 pair to try on and offered to order a pair in my size. She was ringing me up and the 1st reappeared and got after the 2nd who left and then 1st proceeded to get after me b/c they strictly work on commission. She got me one pair to try on then was nowhere to be found! Plus she was rude as hell. Needless to say I took my DL back and said nevermind! She was the worst! The customer service was the worst! Online shopping it is.
