Herma's

I have been to this store about 4 times within the last two years as I do not live nearby. While i do like some if the items they carry, I began to notice that allot of their inventory was overpriced compared to other shops that carry the same pieces. The people working in the deli area are generally friendly, the rest of the staff is not friendly at all. Quite pretentious. In fact, you feel like you're a bother to everyone when asking questions. What ever happened to polite and courteous customer service. Will not be back and will not recommend.

Double check all the food items you purchase, we purchased mutiple canned goods and they were all expired or near expiry. Beautiful shop but very over priced.

I have been coming here for years but after the last few visits I am done with this store. Three strikes on last visit… 1. Staff was gossiping about someone, very mean spirited and petty. A huge, unprofessional turn-off. 2. There is too much product for them to keep up with. I found two items well past the best before date. 3. The horrible little man at the cash has been consistently rude (and I mean extremely rude) to me and my friend. Three strikes and you’re out Hermas, we won’t be coming back.
