I had a few jobs in High River over the past couple of months, so stopped in this A&W for breakfast & lunch quite a few times. Each and every time the service has been outstanding! There is one particular employee who stands out with the biggest smile to greet you I believe her name is Lourdes. There aren't too many places that you can go into and say that it was a pleasure to be their customer, but this is definitely one of them!

We were accidentally double charged going through the drive thru. Found out when we got home that the original tap did in fact go through. It was a bit of an inconvenience as we do not live in town. However, Karen did all she could to get us reimbursed and squared things up, all with a pleasant manner.nFood was very good too.

First time visiting this location. Quiet pleased with the overall experience.  From the moment we walked in until we left. Front staff was very friendly. Our food order did not take long. The person who was preparing the order was smiling, laughing and friendly.  Love seeing all the staff happy! As we were enjoying our lunch, some regulars came in. The staff addressed each one and was conversing with them. As someone who thrives on customer service,  this location checked off all the boxes and more. We will definitely drive to High River again to enjoy a fresh burger combo. Thank you!

I met Lourdes and Rose were really nice! Such wonderful persons, have nothing to say! They are very accommodating, Rose and Lourdes go above and beyond, their customer service is fantastic! My whole experience was amazing, the food made by lourdes was just so great! As well, I loved how Rose introduced me to new food, and the menu!!!

We are always so impressed with this location. Tonight Vivian and Karen were both amazing, serving a drive through full of vehicles while short staffed! The wait was short and the food was amazing as usual! Thank you : these hard workers deserve a raise !
