McDonald's

This is completely unacceptable I didn’t finish anything I ordered after taking my first bite and was met with a very large piece of plastic, approx 7cm, not sure how this one gets missed. I understand mistakes happen but no one cares at this McDonald’s that people come to spend hard earned money on food they expect to be able to eat. On many occasions my foods been messed up, got the wrong persons order or just forgetting items all together. The re-model was just putting makeup on a pig and 90% of the staff want you to leave before you even order. Terrible place to eat save your money and health make a burger at home.

Absolutely awful service, been here numerous times and i’ve watched them clear my ordered number EVERYTIME without fail before they’ve actually even finished cooking. If you ask me it’s simply to have a higher ranking in all mcdonald’s canada wide, it results in forgotten orders. I’ve been forgotten a total of 3 times and i’ve been here about 5-6 times. Being forgotten half of the time should not be the case, I’ve worked in fast food so believe me I know the struggle but I also know we are very capable of doing a better job. also the fries are always less salty than other locations.

Disappointed in service. Made mistake in our order, so we went back and after showing them proof they wanted to add the egg to the breakfast sandwich which they missed instead of just providing fresh ones. And had to discuss at the window for several minutes. Waste of time. Go to Tim’s instead.

Stopped in on our way home. We ordered takeout in the restaurant and surprised how quick the meal was prepared. My partner tried to use the washroom and reported both toilets were unavailable because they were plugged. She told staff and they did not address. When back on the highway we opened our takeout. The fries were cold, my cheese burger was not only cold, but it appeared that who ever assembled it was trying to hide that the burger had been sitting for a long time. They covered it in a mountain of condiments - disgusting. My wife had ordered a chicken sandwich which was also cold and appeared to have also sat for a long period. I guess that is why the order was completed so quickly, they gave us the product that should have been tossed. Its disappointing to have had this passed on to us and a reminder for us not to go to Macdonalds in the future.

Was there for lunch with my crew, our sandwich orders were done wrong. I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and payed extra for an extra chicken patty and the workers did not make the sandwich correctly. Sucks to order the food to go and then drive all the way to where we’re working just to see the lunch I payed extra for wasn’t made correctly.
