Great staff! I received an outstanding service while choosing a baby grand Yamaha C2 a few years back from Melody and Jessica. I am very happy with my piano. The staff are musicians too on top of great knowledge of specifics of every instrument in the store, which enables them to perfectly match each customer's needs and budget. They also provided with excellent moving company. The tuners Yamaha Music Gallery recommends are top professionals. The store carries books and piano care products, too. Amy and Jessica always return calls promptly and are super efficient.

Amy L from this location is amazing. She is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, they are able to offer a very reasonable price for their pianos. We bought a Yamaha, and it's at least a few thousand cheaper than quotes we got from other stores.

Friendly and knowlegeable staff. Wide selections of pianos. Prices are some of the best in town, especially for the hybrid piano we set our sights on. Worth checking out of you are in the market for a piano.

I spent over $1000 here, and one of the my instruments is out of order early, but they did not exchange. I am so disappointed they said chinese each other.

Worst attitude I have ever seen in the store, Denise is really a bad staff, she speaks so much useless words and waste your time, please stay away from here.
