Rochelle was an amazing sales associate helping me get everything I needed for my friends baby shower! I cashed out with Jennifer and was met with an equally pleasant experience. Thanks so much ladies you made my day!

My fiance and I decided to visit on a Friday night. The only employee who interacted with us was the cashier , she was super friendly and awesome to talk to. I honestly don't remember her name. We visited the HMV section.

Jennifer at South Barrie went above and beyond when she saw my daughter in a Happy Birthday headband. Asked her name and age and made an announcement over the loud speaker. My daughter was so thrilled and then Jennifer gave her a happy birthday bracelet, an LOL figurine and even gave her older sister a special toy too! She then gave us a sign and we took some pictures with the giraffe. Thank you!

Great service and a decent selection of toys and baby stuff. Good opportunity to try different brands and models of strollers. Used the online option to pick up in this store and the service was quick and courteous, great attitude.

Really like this location, I went there to get an item they had in stock based on the website information, they had it after the long drive which was a relief. I also found a cool section for DVDs, BRs and Vinyls. Excellent staff. Nice store.
