Came here after visit at Dr Elizabeth and was shocked people gave her 1 star, I went to the clinic to do my IRCC medical exam and met the nicest doctor EVER very professional very friendly and kind, was in and out in less then an hour. Def recommend her clinic.

Dr. Chiu is amazing and very professional. Her office is very organized and they get everything done in no time. We have been done in less than two hours on the day of our appointment. Plus very convenient location.

This place is jokes! Now I understood all the bad reviews I called to make an appointment for the immigration medical examination and they toldd the don't have availability until beginning of June, I kindly asked if I can book my appointment for then and the secretary replied in a very rude manner that she doesn't have a pencil to write down my appointment I should be mad but they are clowns for treating customers and patients like that

Just had my medical for immigration at Dr. Chiu 's office. I also don't understand the negative reviews on her staff. They were very nice and helpful. the whole process took less than 2 hours. easy, fast and Dr. Chiu is extremely nice and professional.

*DO NOT EVER NEVER GO HERE CIC APPLICANTS* I asked for an appointment last Wednesday and she made it on next week Wednesday PM 3: 30. Then at the day I went to do my examination, the office was CLOSED. It says Wednesday is not an open day. How could you make an appointment when you are not even going to open at the day. I want to give 0 star if it's possible

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. We were doing visa medical exam at this clinic last year. This doctor sent us for a bunch of additional tests that cost us over a thousand dollars. All the tests came out normal. But we had a lot of troubles and delays getting our visa extension because of the negative report that doctor wrote. Now, a year later, we are doing immigration medical tests for PR this time at another clinic. No additional tests were requested and medical report was just fine. So if you don't wanna risk getting your immigration medical exams done properly and don't want to end up paying 5 times more for the examination, then you'd better not to go to this clinic.

I am surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I went here for my CIC ME and I read the reviews before I went there, really hoping the service would be fine. And it was, the staff were professional. I was expecting it could take 2-2.5 hours as advised on the website, but it only took me 1.5 hrs. I guess i was the lucky one.

We booked an appointment with them. The person on the phone was very rude. I tried to ask her a question regarding to the appointment, she cut off the line. And the experience was bad. Not recommend to anyone.

Staff are really helpful, respectful and professional. It took less than 2hrs for the medical examination, but the X-rays took other location nearby.
