Chantel was the best server I have ever had . She deserves a raise. Times are tough - pay her more - also a few more paid vacation days would be great. It’s hard to get good staff like that! 10/10 would recommend

This is the first time I have ever taken the time to do a google review. The service was beyond expectation. I called in advance and explained my unique situation. A server named Lucy was so accommodating. She said “no problem just ask for me and I will make sure they are in my section”. She kept her word and absolutely made my daughters birthday the best. Not only did they accommodate my daughter and friends they also kept track of one of the friends gluten allergy. They even had a gluten free menu. So thank you very much to all the severs and especially Lucy. As a family that frequently goes out for dinner this is definitely the best customer service we have ever encountered.

Server was Paige. Came here tonight and despite the fact the place was slammed busy the service was incredibly on point as well as the food and the wait time was minimal VERY QUICK. We were frequently checked on by our server who was probably one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant in my life. The food including soup, salad, bread and meals could not have been any more perfectly timed and were all very good. I do not hand out positive reviews unless well merited. This place has been consistent the last five times we have been there. To the owners be proud of how this place runs and know you have some great staff as well. I felt compelled to write this review because as of lately I’ve been to a lot of places that have been lacking on all fronts. P.S. Paige needs to be your manager she knows what’s up for customer service.

Service on Sunday during lunch was awesome, dunno her name but she was running the bar and serving food doing it all. Cappelletti came with lots of sauce, you guys are the best!

Went there for dinner tonight with my wife and her family! The experience was amazing, the staff was super nice and the customer service was awesome. Our waitress, Alison, was super great and did a fantastic job! Our food was fantastic too, great quality and it tasted amazing! Especially loved the bacon toppings on everything! Another great touch was the owner coming to our table to say hi! All around a top notch experience. Please continue to set the bar high on how a restaurant should be run! 10/10

Roughly 5 years ago my wife and I had multiple poor experiences at this location so we stopped going. After a couple of years we went back and there was a noticeable difference. We noticed the efficiency improved and the food quality was way better. We’ve been back numerous times since. The positive change happened when Lucy took over as restaurant manager. She has turned this place around and we’re now happy to support this business again.

Bianca was an amazing server!! Super sweet and her personality was very welcoming. The restaurant was super busy on a Friday night, but Bianca was well focused on the job and on how her costumers were doing. The food was some of the best, and the restaurant alone was very well designed.

Haven’t been to East Sides in a couple months , but tonight we revisited the Bowmanville location for dinner. We opted for the dining room for better service than our previous visit. We were not disappointed. Lucy outdid herself tonight , making sure we had everything we needed. They don’t make service people like her anymore. We appreciate your humour and valiant efforts to make our dinner a pleasant and delicious experience!! Thanks Lucy !!! And East Sides!

Lucy was our server, she was stellar on all fronts. Ensured my husbands pop was full, we didn’t have to wait for refills or courses, everything was on time, hot, delicious and served with a smile. Wonderful dining experience after a long hard day. Excellent staff!!

This is my families favourite place to go. We went there this evening and had Lucy for our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. The service was quick and courteous and she knew exactly how to interact with our children to make it a wonderful experience for my daughters birthday! My daughter even remembers Lucy from her experience the last time she was here! Thank you!
