Story

We are a family-owned and -operated motel and RV park right out on the Port of Garibaldi, Oregon. We are 50 yards from the boat launch and marina. If we were any closer, you'd be wet! Perfect for fishermen and families, we offer boat & trailer parking along with special rates for guests of our charter partners.
Our 16 newly remodeled rooms with rates starting at $69/night are cheery and charming, featuring 1 or 2 queen beds, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, flat screen TV with free cable & wi-fi. You can walk to restaurants, museums, antique shops, bakery, grocery stores and even ride the historic steam train.
Our 30 space RV park features hot shower, 20, 30, 50 amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and wi-fi all included in the rates, which start at just $30/night.
We are right on Tillamook Bay with 3 major bays and 7 major rivers. You can launch your boat from here, go clamming & crabbing, and we're within easy driving distance of the towns of Tillamook, Bay City, Rockaway Beach, Manzanita, Wheeler, and Nehalem.

We stayed in the RV section. I appreciate the attention to detail that these people have paid. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen at an RV place...maybe cleaner than home! Clean bathmats for people to use, even an iron/board in the laundry. Since clamming and crabbing are so popular here, they rent (inexpensive) traps and sell bait. They have crab cookers (They supply the propane, too) to use for free. So many little things make this a place we will return to. 4 stars vs 5 because of loud mill next door and you're pretty close to neighbors.

This was a very interesting and enjoyable Campground. It's located in an authentic, working port. Sunsets are amazing.camp on the bay if spots are open. We walked down to the harbor each night and talked with the fishermen as they came in. You can walk to seafood shack, buy your seafood right off the boat and cook at your campsite. They have two seafood restaurants in the harbor. The campground has the best restrooms and showers we've ever experienced. Very clean. They provide clean bath mats. Everyone here was super friendly. Had great WIFI/cell coverage. Would stay here again.

Loved this place - until the second morning when an excavator arrived and started digging within a few feet of our trailer. Diesel fumes, noise, were very unpleasant, went on for a few hours. THis was being done to carve out another RV site beside ours, with water & power feed, etc. Yes, they sent a warning, the evening before, but we were already settled in there for two nights. We were not told of this planned event before we got there, or even at the time of our check-in. This dig was occurring on a Saturday morning. It also turned out the workmen accidentally clipped a water line so a number of sites were without water for a while. I found this accident much easier to understand than the planned close-quarters excavation we were not told about - all to squeeze in another $$ making site. So I approached the staff to negotiate some kind of recompense as it really took away something from our otherwise good experience there. (I was thinking maybe one complimentary night fee, good for our next visit.) The staff were nice, contacted the owner, then I was told the only compensation would be a free bottle of wine. No thanks, we are not wine drinkers. Hard to recommend after this experience. We did stay two further nights, and spent most of the days away from the RV park. Luck of the draw I suppose, for that particular weekend, but the owners' lack of decent response left a bad taste.

Small clean park. The laundry / showers were very clean. Better than I expected. Great location. WiFi is not meant for streaming video. Very happy we stayed here and hope to be back someday.

Cleanest rooms I've ever seen!!! Marina area and views of the bay, walking distance to stores, bars, shops! Great staff.
