I have been a long term tenant in Parkview Village.  The improvements made by Har-Par Investments have been amazing.  The on-site resident property manager and maintenance staff are very professional and courteous.  Any concerns or issues I have had have been dealt with immediately.  Thank you.

Terrible company. I would not provide money as an investor or rent one of their units.
