Clean, safe building with welcoming community.  Thank you especially to Dave in facility maintenance and Liuba Levakova, Building Manager of The Pinnacle, for always responding quickly, efficiently and courteously to any concerns.  I love living at The Pinnacle.

Quiet, well maintained, clean building. All the staff are friendly and polite. And the view from the top is amazing

I love my home here. Debra Smith and the staff are amazing. I have been here almost 5 years. And they have really looked after us and our building. So I just wanted to let everyone know how great it is at the Pinnacle.

Has so many issues with it. Water gets shut on off every week not to mention sometimes the power goes out. Management isn't that good the little Asian lady and the office is completely rude an unprofessional. Definitely don't suggest moving here.

I have been here for 2 months. Some small issues since I’ve lived here, but I am very pleased with how fast these issues have been dealt with. This location is ideal! Has so many great places to go around this area. Staff at the desk are always so friendly and are always there to help. Definitely 5 stars!
