Moved in from out of province and the help has been nothing but terrific. Moving provinces is challenging enough and Fifteen15 made it as easy as possible. The staff has been incredible all around and my room was in great condition on move in. This review is just my first impression, but having lived in a few buildings before this, I can highly recommend this building.
I recently moved into this community and I am so happy I did. Rent was reasonable which was a critical part of my decision criteria. Additionally, from a location perspective, it is great as it is located close enough to 17th Ave but also a little off of it so you have your peace and quiet. Lastly, the community team at Fifteen15 made the entire process as smooth, efficient and easy as possible and I am so grateful for that.
Lived here for 1 year and 6 months and my experience with the administration is nothing but amazing. It was my first time moving out so it was a bit scary but Fifteen15 made it bearable. Sad that I had to leave but would highlg recommend the building to anyone looking for a building that has 24/7 emergency line, safety features you can only access your floor and the floor that has the gym. Locked out? You just call the emergency line and they gochu. The amount of times I have locked myself out is...well more than 5 for sure. Thanks Fifteen15!
They are quick with service requests. My service request was responded to the next day. The technician answered my questions about the heating/cooling controls and explained the reduced cooling power. Also the tech offered to check my air filters and replaced them which really improved air flow and cooling power.
What striked me the most was a seamless and well-thought orientation process, just in time communication and no gap between promise and delivery from a property management team.
From my own experience, I love how quiet it is here. I find the staff very accommodating. The views are great.
I love living at 1515 I been here for two years and I truly have no complaints. The staff is really nice to me and to everyone else. Janelle always makes me feel welcome and if I have a question about anything she is always willing to help and Emely is a sweetheart always has a smile on her face and is willing to go out her way to help you too. This building is super clean and the condo units are chic and modern. Also, the building Maintenance is awesome.
We have lived here for 2 years, and will be looking to move into a new unit in the same building when our lease ends in June. Everyone that works for the management has been great to deal with, especially Janelle! I have emailed a few times for a variety of reasons and she is always so kind and prompt with her replies. Honestly could not ask for a better building or management! And location is amazing for walking downtown to work me or driving south husband.
I was looking for a place and the resident manager, Janelle, showed me a suite. Although I didn't up renting a place there, Janelle was amazing and answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend Fifteen15 to my friends who are looking to move.
