Love the building and surrounding area, the renovations they have done over the past year look fantastic.  The building manager Janelle has always been great to deal with and so helpful.  Would recommend this building to anyone who is looking!

Just got denied by these guys for a 2 bedroom unit. I make $150k a year, don’t party or do drugs. What does to take to get a unit? I’ve asked why and no reply.

Young people have party every single day.  Disrespectful tenants make so much noise at around 11-3 am. Even tiny small noise you can hear from all units around your unit. Hopefully tenants living in 812 would realize soon how much noise they make every day.
