A message was posted stating "From consulting with serval owners, we will be increasing the rent of our Condos $500/month. I know the laws and man those people who were consulted, if found are in a world of pain by the law. For those who have kept the lower prices on the units to pay the bills. Good Job. To the rest. I see the price of all the units dropping in price because of this kind of wonderful activity. I do not want to go into how bad the rest of that message was, see attached.

To the owner that placed the paper advising everyone to raise the rent; 233,159 people know NOT to buy or rent in that apartment building, and congratulations you just shot yourself in the foot

If I lived there and my landlord called me an undesirable. I would first be kicked out and faced with charges of harrasment
